Vespa LX 50
When you ask your average consumer to describe a Vespa, the description you would likely get back is a Vespa LX 50. From the same pedigree as the first Vespa prototype built by Piaggio in 1946, the Vespa LX 50 is more than 60 years in the making. As anyone, however, knows that has seriously shopped for a Vespa, the model choices can be almost overwhelming. Super or S? LX or LXV. 50, 150 or 250 or 300! Demon Red or Tamorina Orange….Montibianco White or simply “White”. The choices can be mind boggling, which is why you can’t simply look at these on a website and make your decision. You must go into a Vespa Dealer like Metro Moto and touch and feel the bike. Note the small differences that are not discernable from a jpeg. Compare the sizes, weight, and feel of the various seat shapes that are even more varied than the models!
Similar to the S 50, the LX 50 has slightly different design elements, but the same performance specifications.
