Memphis Vespa / Metro Moto

If you want an Italian scooter, and are into retro styling, but not as retro as the LXV (think 60’s not 40’s), then the S 150, introduced in 2008 is for you.   S is for sport, and with a 150cc engine, the Vespa S 150 is the  perfect vehicle for Memphis city surface streets.    When a manufacturer comes out with a “sport” version, you usually expect the unit to cost more, but the S is actually $200! cheaper than the more “modern” LX vespa.    A “touring” seat is available for those that want to replace the single user seat for when you want to add some company on that short trip to Saigon Lee or Soul Fish!

The S comes in Dragon Red, Montebianco White, Shiny Black, and Tamorina (must be Italian for “UT”) orange.   Maybe next year they will come out with Tiger Blue!
